By downloading, installing, or using the WADHAKIR mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

WADHAKIR is a comprehensive Islamic mobile application that provides:

• Accurate prayer times and Qibla direction
• Complete Quran with beautiful Arabic typography
• Comprehensive Dhikr and Azkar collection
• Islamic radio stations and audio content
• Hadith collection (40 Hadith Nawawi)
• 99 Names of Allah with meanings
• Islamic knowledge and educational content

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of WADHAKIR, you agree to:

• Use the application in accordance with Islamic principles and values
• Respect the sacred nature of the Quranic content and Islamic materials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the application
• Report any technical issues or content concerns to our support team
• Use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes only

4. Floating Dhikr Reminder Feature

WADHAKIR includes an optional "Floating Dhikr Reminder" feature that displays Islamic remembrance verses as a small overlay card above other applications. This feature is designed as a spiritual wellness tool and is OFF by default. The feature includes:

• User-Controlled Activation: The feature must be explicitly enabled in Settings and requires granting the "Display over other apps" permission
• Customizable Settings: Users can adjust reminder intervals (5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes), position on screen, and opacity
• Prayer-Aware: The feature automatically pauses during configured prayer times and quiet hours
• Auto-Dismiss: Reminders automatically disappear after a few seconds or can be manually dismissed
• Islamic Content: Displays authenticated Islamic verses, supplications (duas), and dhikr from our verified content database

By using this feature, you acknowledge that it serves as a personal reminder tool and does not replace formal Islamic practices or consultation with Islamic scholars.

5. Content Accuracy and Sources

We strive to provide accurate Islamic content sourced from authentic references. However:

• Prayer times are calculated using established astronomical methods
• Quranic text is based on the Uthmani script
• Hadith content is sourced from authentic collections
• Users should consult with qualified Islamic scholars for religious guidance
• We are not responsible for any religious interpretations or decisions made based on app content

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

The WADHAKIR application, including its design, code, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. The Quranic text and authentic Hadith are considered sacred Islamic heritage and are provided for educational and spiritual purposes.

WADHAKIR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to missed prayers due to technical issues or inaccurate location-based services.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the application at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service, and continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
